Li Xiaolong pointed out that "good houses" carry the aspirations of thousands of households for a better life. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made a major decision to build a safe, comfortable, green, and smart "good house", and to implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee, it is necessary for the industry to work together and achieve long-term results. We must adhere to the principle of putting the people first, respect science, laws, and reality, and work hard on good standards, good design, good materials, good construction, and good maintenance. We must improve the standard system, strengthen technological empowerment, enhance demonstration leadership, cultivate industrial clusters, and better meet the high-quality housing needs of the people.
Wen Bing, General Manager of China State Construction Engineering Corporation, Xu Jiefeng, Chairman of China Academy of Building Research, and Liu Zhihong, Vice President of China Construction Technology Group, delivered speeches respectively. Industry representatives from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, University of Hong Kong, Department of Science and Technology Center, China Overseas Land Development, and China Resources Land delivered keynote speeches.
200 people including relevant departments, directly affiliated units, housing and urban-rural development departments of relevant provinces (regions, cities) and prefecture level cities, as well as enterprise representatives and experts and scholars attended the forum.
