After graduating from university in 2004, she focused on the field of cost control management. She holds the qualification of National Class II Registered Constructor, is well-versed in relevant laws and regulations, industry standards, and pricing systems related to cost estimation. She has accumulated nearly 20 years of practical experience in the full-process management of cost control for construction units.

She is skilled at leading teams to complete core tasks such as project budget preparation, cost control, and settlement review. She possesses solid technical expertise and experience in coordinating projects. She has participated in various projects, including the supplementary installation work at the Tuen Mun site for the Hong Kong Simple Public Housing SS M518 project and the lighting and landscape enhancement project for the rooftop terrace of the Ping An Financial Center.
